At Rideofrenzy we work very hard to deliver the best products and shopping experience to you. However, sometimes because of the scale of operation a few exceptional cases do happen. If for any reason you do not feel satisfied with the product delivered to you then please get in touch with our Customer Service team for an appropriate resolution.

We will try our best to replace the product to your satisfaction and if that is not possible because of some operational constraint then we will provide a full refund as per the requirement. In all such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same.

And in case you have received your order with the outer packaging tampered/meddled, then please capture a snap of the same and share it with us.

To make things fair for all of us and provide you with the benefits of the Return Policy, we adhere to below mention points

a)    We only accept exchanges of orders only if you received a Defective/Damaged/Wrong product.

b)    All items to be exchanged must be unused and in their original condition. The original tags, packaging should be intact (so that if possible they are re sellable after minor fixes). Those Products which are Hardpacked/Sealed, if opened/unpacked would not be Refunded or Replaced.

c)     We would not be able to accept a product if it shows signs of being broken or tampered with by you.

d)    We expect that while returning the product you will pack the product very safely and securely. We won't be able to entertain any damage/lost in Transit (For example:- If a complaint was raised for Wrong Product Delivery and the sent item got damaged in the transit then we will not be responsible for the damage and eventually may not be in a position of replacement for the original one as well).

1. What is the exchange procedure if I have received a Defective/Damaged Manufacture warranty product.?
In case you have received a defective/ damaged product from our side then please register a complaint within 24 hrs of delivery to start the replacement of your product. Also, please take a picture of the product and Whatsapp Us-8826301076

2. What is the exchange procedure if I have received the wrong product.?

3. What is the return procedure if I have received a product but fitting is improper.?

In case if you have received a wrong product from our side then please register a complaint within 7 days of delivery to start the replacement of your product. Also, please take a picture of the product and Whatsapp Us-8826301076

4. Once the order was shipped then it will not be canceled in transit. You can RTO the parcel to cancel your order but the reverse courier charge amount up to Rs 249 will be deducted from your order amount.

5. In any other case(not mentioned above)  & you still want to return the product without any reason, the courier charges of forward and reverse will be deducted from your order amount but this is not applicable to seat covers or any other customized item.

In case a Replacement is asked for then accordingly arrangements would be made to ship the replacement product at no extra cost, however, if the same product is no more available then refund would be arranged.

Note :- Rideofrenzy team has right to accept or reject the return request on case to case basis depending upon the supporting shared by the customer.

Requests received later than 48 Hrs prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as a cancellation of services for the next service period. Rideofrenzy reserved all the rights to refuse any cancel any order for any reason.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create suitable design concepts for our clients.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
